Kings Cross-St Pancras station has gained a Covid testing facility operated by Collinson. It is one of the limited Covid-19 examination sites in central London.

Convenient for both Eurostar and Luton Airport, with also direct services to Gatwick Airport, it is sited on The Grand Terrace at St Pancras International very accessible for the Renaissance hotel and close by the Champagne Bar.

The new facility will offer passengers PCR, Antigen and Antibody tests. It also offers the pre-return video test kit to pack into their suitcase for in-destination testing with a medical practitioner before returning to the UK.

Currently, anyone heading to a ‘green’ or ‘amber’ country is required to take a test to receive their Fit to Fly certificate ahead of travel.

Whilst fully vaccinated travellers returning to England from some ‘amber’ countries no longer have to quarantine, they still need to take a PCR test on arrival or by day 2. Partially or unvaccinated travellers returning from ‘amber’ countries still need to complete a test by day 2 and on day 8, or Test-to-Release on day five.

Customers can order their test kit and book their appointment a minimum of three full working days prior to their UK departure. Up to 72 hours before their return flight, customers complete their test via video consultation with a medical practitioner, who will verify the result and issue relevant certification via email, all in line with the current UK Government requirements for UK arrivals.

Test prices start from £32 for a Lateral Flow Antigen and £66 for PCR.
