Latvian airline airBaltic has improved its onboard service, by introducing airBaltic SKY Service – a platform that will be available for all passengers during the flight via their mobile devices.

Martin Gauss, Chief Executive Officer of the Riga-based carrier said: “As an airline we are constantly working to improve the passenger experience starting from the flight booking until departure at the desired destination. By introducing the airBaltic SKY Service, we are taking a step forward in offering our passengers a more personalised service, and the possibility of adding various new functionalities in the future.”

With this facility passengers can use their mobile devices to order items from the onboard menu, check the airline's current destinations and ticket prices.  Passengers will also be able to read Baltic Outlook magazine and the airBaltic Blog.
