As Canary Wharf and the City of London itself struggles back to life, the same can be said for London City Airport.

On Friday (9 April) there were flights to Amsterdam, Belfast City, Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Vilnius airports. This programme continues weekdaily.

Next Thursday (15 April) BA CityFlyer returns daily to Edinburgh followed by Loganair to Dundee the next day and BA Glasgow Monday17 May.

Operating initially over the summer period Cityflyer will launch on 25 June two flights a week to both Jersey and Gibraltar – on Mondays and Fridays – offering important air links for business travellers, holiday makers and those visiting friends and relatives as regulations ease, as well as for cargo.  The Gibraltar route is brand new and also offers easy access to Almeria and south east Spain.

London City Airport has established an onsite testing centre provided by Collinson that offers passengers the full range of departure and arrival tests for both UK and global markets.
