Thursday 29 April will find easyJet CEO Johan Lundgren guest of honour at the latest video lunch of the Aviation Club of the United Kingdom.

Given his views on the Global Travel Taskforce Report (see in this week's BTN) and the Government international travel plans due to be unveiled 17 May what he has to say will hopefully carry weight.

Britain’s biggest budget airline made a headline loss before tax of £835m in the year to 30 September 2020 – compared with £427m in profits a year earlier. The coronavirus pandemic saw its passenger numbers halve, and its revenue decline by 53%.

Johan Lundgren joined easyJet as CEO in November 2017 having previously served as deputy chief executive and chief executive for mainstream markets at the European tour operator TUI.

Joining the lunch is FREE.   philippa@aviationclub.org.uk
