Yesterday (Sunday 28 March) the BTN team took another look at forward bookings for today to Belfast, and also Thursday 8 April.  Bank Holiday Monday is a normal working day for Scotland.

Our review noted that there were limited flights this week and with the exception of Thursday reluctance to travel and book ahead.  All the airlines noted now have much simplified websites and it is easy to look ahead, check prices, and make your own mind up regarding availability.

Using Northern Ireland as an examples it has three scheduled airports connected to London, City (Harbour), limited to Airbus 320, Boeing 737; International, 18 miles away, and Derry, on the Irish border 55 miles further on, also with restricted use.
