Perhaps not ideal timing but the Hampton by Hilton Manchester Northern Quarter opened last week.

It joins Hampton by Hilton’s growing portfolio, which includes 32 UK properties.

The 221-room property is situated in the vibrant Northern Quarter, with colourful street art, independent record shops and some of the city’s most iconic cultural venues. Manchester’s popular Arndale Shopping Centre is a seven-minute walk, Victoria Station much the same, and for those looking to immerse themselves in a dose of Manchester history experience the city’s rich industrial past at the Museum of Science and Industry is close by.

The hotel offers the choice of Queen and Queen Family rooms, 49-inch flat screen TVs and floor to ceiling windows with city views – allowing guests to enjoy Manchester’s unique skyline. It is very well equipped to cater for groups, with interconnecting rooms and private floors. Guests can enjoy a workout at the hotel’s 24/7 fitness centre or make use of the hotel’s meeting room facilities.  All Hampton by Hilton guests enjoy the brand’s courtesy breakfast with healthy options; and free wi-fi in every room.

Manchester has a number of Hiltons including Hilton Deansgate, Hilton Doubletree Piccadilly, and another Doubletree at the airport.
