Head for Points (HfP), the future new owner of Business Travel News (BTN), is the Official Media Partner for the fourth London ‘Loyalty Summit’, lead sponsor The Wall Street Journal.

It takes place 22 September at the May Fair hotel in Stratton Street just behind Green Park station.

The Loyalty Summit was founded by David Feldman in 2010 and first came to London in 2018.

Past speakers have included Bob Crandall former President and Chairman of American Airlines.

It promises to be a full day starting with breakfast at 07:30 and a welcome introduction by David Feldman, Loyalty Summit Chair at 08:30 who will then introduce Brian Sumers, Editor-at-Large, Skift and Iain Pringle, Loyalty and Partnership Expert and one time Head of Strategy, Avios.

Rob Burgess, soon to become BTN owner and Chief Executive of Head for Points (HfP) is next up, part of a discussion moderated by Nik Laming, Director, Urban Leopard Ventures, “Engaging the Next Generation of Elite Loyalty Members” and including Mark Ross Smith, CEO and Co-Founder, Status Match and Denis Hure, CEO, Reward the World.

The programme continues throughout the day with Rob in attendance and also Malcolm Ginsberg, Editor-in-Chief of BTN.

All attendees get free optional entry to the Frequent Traveller Awards dinner and presentation ceremony in the evening. This includes food and drinks, which makes the $149 for industry guests fee for the day extremely good value.
